Brigade is moving over to Discord VOIP

Good day everyone, Brigade is pleased to announce an upgrade to our communications with a move over to Discord.  All our channels and role functions are set up and everyone who has used our previous VOIP is encouraged to download the Discord application for their computer and join our server here:

Brigade on Discord

The invitation link above will expire in 24hours but trial members can also find another invitation on their Introduction page that will never expire.  If anyone else should need a fresh invite feel free to message me.

Discord offers a modern, easy to use GUI and plenty of features Brigade members can be happy to use, however for the time being, Discord has a few features missing that our other VOIP has; notably two of these are: passcodes for channels and the ability to talk through to multiple channels  (channel commander).  Thus far and for the near future, Brigade will likely not have a lot of requirement for the latter but we now have a TeamSpeak set up for that if and when we do.  As we get more from Spectrum VOIP integration (among other additions) we can simplify our COMMS further to quickly group and enjoy the game in the best way.

Note that text chat is disabled.  Brigade wants our community to collect in one place as much as possible thus disabling this encourages members to use the server for voice communication and our website for everything else.  Thanks!
